Hi! I am Justine and I am a French native speaker who qualified as a language teacher in England in 2015. After teaching students from 11 to 18 years old for several years, I entered the world of tutoring and worked with adults who wanted to improve or maintain their level of French. As I have lived in England for 13 years, I am now bilingual and delighted to be able to offer tutoring for French and English on FluentIq!
As far as my teaching style is concerned, it really is down to you as my priority will be to help you reach your targets, no matter what they are. However, I know from experience that speaking in a foreign language is often the most daunting yet essential part of gaining fluency so one thing you can surely expect is plenty of conversation practice. For the rest, I like to base my teaching on authentic resources which not only help you gain vocabulary and grammar knowledge but also cultural awareness – another essential part of understanding a language!
As a keen language learner myself, I know how difficult learning a language can sometimes feel but I am sure that, step by step, you will get where you want to be and I really can’t wait to help you in this journey!
